- Do I need to book in advance?
- Yes — classes fill up fast, especially on mornings and Saturdays. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead through MindBody to guarantee your spot.
- What if I'm late?
- We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early. For safety reasons, we may not be able to admit latecomers once the warm-up has begun.
- Can I cancel my reservation?
- Yes. You can cancel up to 2 hours before class through the MindBody app without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Is there a waitlist?
- Yes. If a class shows as full, join the waitlist in MindBody. You'll be automatically added if a spot opens up and notified by email.
- What should I bring?
- Water, a towel, and workout shoes. We have everything else. No specific equipment needed.
