Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — classes fill up fast, especially on mornings and Saturdays. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead through MindBody to guarantee your spot.
What if I'm late?
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early. For safety reasons, we may not be able to admit latecomers once the warm-up has begun.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel up to 2 hours before class through the MindBody app without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes. If a class shows as full, join the waitlist in MindBody. You'll be automatically added if a spot opens up and notified by email.
What should I bring?
Water, a towel, and workout shoes. We have everything else. No specific equipment needed.
